9. Clean up your messes, learn the lessons and move on.

Norie Huddle in her book “The Butterfly” describes:

“The caterpillar’s new cells [after it has built its cocoon] are called ‘imaginal cells.’ They resonate at a different frequency. They are so totally different from the caterpillar cells that his immune system [that is the immune system of the worm] thinks they [the new imaginal cells] are enemies… and gobbles them up . . . But these new imaginal cells continue to appear, more and more of them! Pretty soon, the caterpillar’s immune system cannot destroy them fast enough. More and more of the imaginal cells survive.

“And then an amazing thing happens! The little tiny lonely imaginal cells start to clump together, into friendly little groups. They all resonate together at the same frequency, passing information from one to another. Then, after a while, another amazing thing happens! The clumps of imaginal cells start to cluster together!… a long string of clumping and clustering imaginal cells, all resonating at the same frequency, all passing information from one to another there inside the chrysalis.

” . . . . Then at some point, the entire long string of imaginal cells suddenly realizes all together that it is Something. Different from the caterpillar. Something New! Something Wonderful!… and in that realization is the shout of the birth of the butterfly!”

” . . . . Each new butterfly cell can take on a different job. There is something for everyone to do, and everyone is important. And each cell begins to do just that very thing it is most drawn to do. And every other cell encourages it to do just that. A great way to organize a butterfly! And a great way to organize a butterfly movement!”

Spain is at the moment bubbling with joy – and heat – and expectation towards tonight´s match,  the Finals of the Football World Cup. People are celebrating non stop since Thursday, high from the glorious victories so far  and full of vibrant expectation for this upcoming game.

It’s palpable, it’s in the air, mixed in with the intense heat  As if the energies on this Planet in these times were not already intense enough, now it really feels like every little atom, string and wave is supercharged and buzzing.  And I am loving it.

I was wondering these days, what would happen if the fire for Truth and realizing our divine potential would spread in the same way globally and as intensely as the fire for football? Or any other big global event catching our collective attention – most of the times a negative experience?

Whether consciously or unconsciously lived, it is affecting us and part of the field that connects us and that we are experiencing as humanity in that moment. How would life be if we all would  truly manifest our essence, coming from the heart, cocreating our highest Vision?
¡ Just imagine for an instant….!
¿What would your life be like….?

Stop for a moment and enjoy the idea and the feeling.
And by doing that you are already creating and inviting the best version of your self

A great way of re membering who we really are and seeing our highest potential has been for me being with Spiritual Teachers.  As friends who embody the Truth they can support us in seeing our “reality” from a new and bigger perspective.

I would like to mention especially Gangaji whom you might know already if you are reading this. A recent 7 day silent retreat with her was a life changing experience for me. Checking in and being in silence was so supportive in coming closer to who I really am. And finding that I already have everything I am looking for outside.

The reason I am mentioning her is not only that she has a powerful presence, is a wonder full teacher and creates a space of love and joy,  she is also offering her first virtual meeting next week I want to point you at.  Maybe you feel drawn to join me in this free virtual event on July 14th.  A great opportunity to check in.
